Guidance for the web-based sales workspace
Getting started
A CRM keeps your customer relationships organized. In Reo, the company is called an account, the person is a contact, and a potential project or order is an opportunity.
Start in Accounts with New account. Save the company’s name, then add a contact. After a conversation, use Log activity and add a follow-up. You can leave unknown details blank.
See the step-by-step product tourCreate your account. Join the right company.
Start from the sign-in page, choose Create account, and use an email address you can access. Your password must contain at least 12 characters. Open the verification message sent to that address before continuing.
If your company already uses Reo, join its existing workspace. If its Owner has enabled work-email discovery, you may find it through your verified work email. You can also open a company join link or enter a company code provided by an Owner. An Owner reviews your request. If it is approved, accept the resulting invitation in Reo to finish joining the workspace.
If you need a new workspace, choose Create a new company workspace. Accept the applicable Terms, select For myself or On behalf of a business, and enter its name. For a business, confirm that you are authorized to represent it. Choose Create workspace to enter as its first Owner and start the 14-day trial. You can use a personal or work email address.
Invitations and password recovery
A company Owner can invite you using your exact email address. Open the secure invitation from that same account and accept it before the displayed expiration date. Do not forward the invitation link.
If you forget your password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page. Open the newest reset message and choose a new password. Reo will resume your authenticated session when the update succeeds. Never send a reset link or password to Reo support.
Remember the conversation. Plan the next one.
Choose Log activity on the company to record a call, meeting, email you sent, or a note. Nothing is sent by logging an activity. A completed call means a two-way conversation; an attempted call is a separate option.
Use Add a follow-up to save the next action. Give it a date to see it in your due work. An undated follow-up stays Unscheduled. Due and overdue work use your local timezone.
If you log something by mistake, use Correct or Undo in its history. Completing a follow-up does not automatically log a call or message. Undoing an activity keeps its associated follow-up for you to review.
Understand your opportunities and totals.
A company can have several opportunities. Create one for each separate project, order, or agreement you’re discussing. Add a price when you know it.
- Business priced
- The latest USD quote amounts on active opportunities. Won, lost, and archived opportunities are excluded. It is not income already earned.
- Account revenue represented
- The known annual company revenue of accounts being worked. This describes the companies’ size, not your sales or the value of your opportunities.
- Missing amounts
- Unknown amounts stay blank and do not contribute to a total. The dashboard shows missing-data coverage.
Open a dashboard total to inspect the contributing records. If you revise a quote, the new amount replaces the old one in the total, while history retains the earlier version.
Billing and workspace access
For an enrolled company, active Owners manage its single subscription at its selected billing period in Workspace settings → Billing. Owners count as users. Your original 14-day no-card trial is shared by everyone joining the company. New seats require confirmed prorated payment; reductions apply at renewal, and cancellation stops renewal and keeps paid access through period end, including the purchased year’s end for annual subscriptions, with no automatic refund. An Owner can preview and confirm a period change at renewal or the original trial end. Removing a person frees their purchased seat for a replacement.
If access becomes read-only, you can still read your CRM history. Ask an Owner to recover payment. Owners can still remove access or revoke invitations. A subscription does not grant anyone access to your company; its Owners manage membership.
Devices and availability
Reo runs in a web browser, so your team can sign in without installing a desktop application. An internet connection is required to load and update workspace records.
The interface is designed for desktop work. Mobile access may be useful for quick reference, but the full workflow is intended for a larger screen.
Pricing and availabilityYour workspace records
Active members can read shared workspace records. An Owner is a workspace administrator who manages membership and assignments; that role does not establish legal ownership of a business or its records. Removing a member ends access but keeps their contributed records. Only add information you are authorized to store and share. Each workspace’s records are separated from other workspaces.
Scheduled, encrypted backups support recovery. Restore procedures are tested in isolated environments. Reo does not currently include self-service export, workspace deletion, or user-account deletion controls. Contact support before adding data if those limitations affect your use.
Read about privacy and dataUpload and manage documents
Open the Documents tab on an Account or Opportunity to upload a file. Active workspace members can list and download ready documents. Only the account’s responsible salesperson or an Owner can upload, rename, or remove them, subject to workspace access and billing permissions. An Opportunity document also appears on its parent Account.
Supported formats are PDF (.pdf), Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV (.csv), plain text (.txt), saved email (.eml, .msg), and PNG or JPEG images (.png, .jpg, .jpeg). The limits are 25 MiB per file and 250 MiB per workspace, including pending uploads and removals awaiting cleanup. Owners see a storage warning at 75% of workspace capacity.
Uploads with the same filename remain separate documents and never overwrite earlier files. HTML, SVG, scripts, executables, archives, macro-enabled Office files, and legacy .doc and .xls files are rejected. Downloads are saved as attachments. Reo does not provide malware scanning; only upload files you trust.
Use Rename to change a ready document’s displayed filename. Its file extension, contents, and original upload record stay unchanged. Use Remove to hide the document from workspace lists while cleanup proceeds. Encrypted recovery copies may remain under the 90-day recovery retention policy, starting when a copy is retired from active recovery storage rather than necessarily when you remove it. Processing delays can extend the time after removal; no fixed removal-to-erasure deadline or immediate permanent erasure is promised. Upload, rename, and removal history remain.
Documents do not include inline preview, editing file contents, search inside files, email sending or mailbox synchronization, or offline document access. Uploading a saved email does not send it or log outreach.
