Version 2026-10-08 · Effective upon the guarded annual billing release

Reo CRM is the service at reocrm.com, independently operated by an individual under the Reo CRM name. “Reo,” “we” and “us” refer to that operator. Contact support@reocrm.com for general, privacy and workspace matters, or billing@reocrm.com for billing matters.

Accounts and workspaces

Reo CRM (Reo) is a hosted CRM for account holders aged 18 or older in the United States. Protect your login and provide accurate account information. Verify your email before creating or joining a workspace. After personally accepting the applicable Terms, eligible users may create a workspace and become its first Owner. Joining an existing company requires authorization from its Owner and acceptance of an invitation bound to your verified email. Each person accepts these terms themselves; an Owner cannot accept for other members.

Declare whether a workspace is for your independent work or a named business/proprietor. For a business, you confirm authority to create and administer its workspace. A business may have one user; personal workspaces may invite collaborators. Creating a workspace does not verify corporate authority or legal ownership. Your declared purpose, name and authority are recorded when you create the workspace.

“Owner” means workspace administrator. Owners manage membership and assignments. Active members can read shared records; changes follow Reo’s permissions. Removing a member ends access but leaves contributed records. Declarations and administrator roles do not transfer legal rights.

Records and responsible use

Only add information you are authorized to store and share. Personal workspace selection does not make employer or client records yours. You retain your rights in records and permit Reo to process them to operate, protect and support the service as explained in the Privacy Notice.

Do not use Reo unlawfully, introduce malicious software, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where permitted and practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide a contact for review. Restrictions do not automatically transfer or delete records.

Report disputed authority to support@reocrm.com. A claim, matching domain, workspace name or payment does not automatically grant access or administration. Review may require limited evidence; Reo does not promise to determine legal ownership.

Trial and payment, when offered

Billing is available to newly created workspaces. Existing workspaces keep their current billing status. Paid subscriptions require explicit authorization.

One 14-day no-card trial per workspace/company begins at creation and includes five users, including Owners. Joining or changing administrators never restarts it. Trial expiry alone does not charge you. Subscribing during trial preserves the original first-charge timing.

Monthly prices in US dollars are $20 per user through five users, then $15 per additional user. Owners count: one user is $20/month; ten are $175/month. When annual billing is offered, annual prices are $200 per user through five users, then $150 per additional user, billed yearly. Five, six and ten users cost $1,000, $1,150 and $1,750 per year. Annual saves two months compared with twelve monthly payments. Authorized subscriptions renew at the selected monthly or yearly interval until canceled. Any applicable taxes or other required charges must be disclosed before payment authorization.

An Owner may explicitly confirm a billing period change for the current paid period end or original trial end. This does not create an immediate interval-change charge, unused-time credit or restarted trial. Pending period and seat reductions can be withdrawn separately before they apply. Owners manage seats. Increases require confirmed prorated payment. Removing a member frees capacity without reducing the bill; an explicit capacity reduction takes effect at renewal.

Cancel renewal through Billing, or contact billing@reocrm.com for help. Paid access continues until period end, including the purchased year’s end for annual subscriptions. Cancellation stops renewal and creates no automatic refund. Trial expiry or ended subscriptions become read-only and retain history. Failed renewals receive seven days of grace, then read-only access; first-payment failures do not receive renewal grace.

Valid payments are non-refundable, including cancellation, unused time or seats. Report incorrect, duplicate or suspected unauthorized charges to billing@reocrm.com for review. Required legal remedies and payment-dispute rights remain; reporting does not automatically authorize a refund.

Availability, data requests and changes

Support is provided by email. Reo is provided as available, without a guaranteed uptime, support response time or recovery outcome. Nothing here limits rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Self-service export, retention settings, workspace deletion and account deletion are unavailable. Contact support@reocrm.com for requests. Review considers identity, authority, other people’s rights and applicable requirements. Cancellation or member removal does not delete shared records. Retention depends on service needs, authorized requests, security and legal obligations; it is not a promise of permanent storage or immediate erasure from every backup.

Updated documents show their version and effective date. We provide additional notice where required by law. Any required agreement to a new version is requested separately. Privacy acknowledgement records receipt, not advertising consent.
