Who is it for?: Independent businesses and growing teams across industries who want to keep customers, conversations, and next steps together.
How will we access it?: Sign in from a web browser. No desktop download is required.
When can I create an account?: Sign up, verify your email, and create your workspace. To join an existing company, request access from its Owner.
Can my team share it?: Yes. Reo is built around a shared company workspace with Owners and team members.

Will it be a subscription or a one-time purchase?

Monthly company subscription: one user $20, three $60, five $100, six $115, and ten $175. Owners count as users.

Will there be a free trial?

Enrolled companies receive one 14-day trial for five users including Owners, with no card required. The trial starts when the workspace is created. Joining or adding people does not restart it. Subscribe during trial without an early charge or a new trial.

What will be included in the price?

The core CRM listed above is included. New purchased seats become available only after confirmed prorated payment. Removing a person frees their seat; an explicit capacity reduction lowers the bill at renewal.

What happens if I stop paying?

Cancellation retains paid access through period end and creates no immediate refund. Trial expiry or cancellation becomes read-only without deleting CRM history. A failed renewal has seven days of grace before read-only access. A workspace Owner can recover payment in Billing settings. See Privacy & data.
